- 300gms self raising flour
- 150g salted butter
- Tbsp bakingpowder
- Tbsp Cocoa
- 200g Muscavado brown sugar
- Pinch of nutmeg
- 3 Ripe Bananas
- 2 Eggs
- 200gms rachels honey yogurt
- Handful of brazil nuts and handful of bluberries (optional)
Mix baking powder and yogurt together and leave to on side.
Mix melted butter with sugar and eggs.
Mix the flour into sugar, butter and eggs, then add the yogurt mix.
Mix everything together for 5 mins add bananas, cocoa, nuts and blueberries.
Put the mixture into a lined baking tin and bakeat 180 o’c in a preheated oven for 50 mins.
Leave to rest.
Devour the banana bread with the rest of the yogurt
